CROP-A-LOTT welcomes you to our 13th annual "CROP TILL U DROP" Retreat May 2-4th
2014 Castle Mountain Camp Book early as this will sell out again this year!! This retreat is to be held at Castle Mountain Outdoor Adventure Camp in
Webbs Creek just over the river in Wisemans Ferry. We are hoping to have some surprises to show you but most of all meet new
scrapbookers and Have lots of fun. If you have any friends or family that may be interested, please give them
my number and have them ring me and I will post out an info pack to them. Cost:Cost
for the weekend is $200.00 . This covers meals, accommodation and room hire from the Friday till the Sunday 4pm, Door Prices,
goodies & lessons. The $60.00 deposit is non-refundable, so please be sure when booking. Accommodation: Castle Mountain Advernture camps Webbs Creek This is a great place to scrap and relax!!!! Rooms are 6to a room, bunk style. If there is a group of you and you would
like to bunk together in the room, let me know and I will arrange it. If you are single you will be matched with someone and
Rooms will be assigned to you. Please let me know if you cannot
sleep on a top bunk, I need to know so I can allocate the rooms
properly. Please try not to arrive before 5:00pm unless from
out of state. MEALS: The Meals at are simple & basic, but good and hey we didn’t
cook them so they are great!!! This is to keep costs down. There are coffee and tea making facilities and a fridge (alcohol
is allowed) for us to keep soft drink and if you want munchies bring them as there is no stores around. You are in the bush.
We will scrap in a huge hall and there is a place for us to eat our meals away from our scrapping. Our cabions are just
outside the big hall and so are the bathrooms. Special Dietary Needs Please let me know if there is any dietary requirements on the attached
forms so that I can let the center know and they can cater to those needs. What you need to Bring All your bedding, or if you want a sleeping bag. Bring your
specail downer and pillow incase it is a bit cold at night. You will need a bath towel and your toothbrush .
We are able to use boith male and female toilets so lots of room for us. There will be cardstock (400 colors Bazzill Basics)
and Vellum for sale from Friday to Sunday all for $1.00,all the colours you can dream of. Store is our very own Rosie and Mel CROPWORKS,
they will take care of all our shopping needs. I am looking at the massages again and will take bookings for fridays night
through to sunday. Banking details:
Email me and I will send you the Banking details. You can direct deposit or send a cheque. I will receipt you upon payment.
REFUNDS: Your $60.00 deposit is non refundable.
Your full payment is due by Sept 10th. You will need to mark this
date down as I am sure this weekend will fill fast and it is important to have full payment in. If you do not have the full
payment in by than you could lose your spot. This is very important as organizing this kind of weekend takes time.
